Woods led the Tigers with a .647 save percentage, collecting 33 saves in 51 chances over 552:02 minutes. Lauren's best stretch of the season helped Pacific turn around the 2007 season when she shutout Longwood in Farmville, Va. on Oct. 7. Woods' efforts earned her the NorPac Rookie of the Week on Oct. 10.<b>High School: </b><br>Lauren Woods graduated from Fallbook High School during the spring of 2007. An eight-time letter winner in field hockey (four), lacrosse (three) and soccer (one) for the Warriors, Woods finished each of her final three seasons with a save percentage of at least 92%. The captain of her squad in 2006, Lauren accumulated a number of athletic achievements including the All-CIF Division I First Team, All-San Diego County First Team and Union Tribune All-San Diego Section First Team. A participant in the under-19 Futures National Tournament, Woods concluded her high school career by earning the Avocado League Player of the Year award. Lauren was also an accomplished athlete in lacrosse, earning two defensive MVP awards.<b>Personal: </b><br>Lauren Woods is the daughter of Col. Carl and Donna Woods. In her first season at Pacific, Lauren plans on studying Kinesiology.
